APM is never in itself a goal, but a byproduct of your practice. As Artosis explained, the reason why Korean progamers are so fast is beacuse they follow a specific build which they enforce through rigorous training. Naturally, the more you do something, the more you are used to it and the faster you will do it.
Basically, just keep practicing your standard build. Sooner or later, you will notice improvement in your overall dexterity and your APM will rise.
By the way, if you have not noticed yet, I finally made a new update on the blog. I have also gotten an idea for another one, so it will be up shortly as well. :)
Oh and Fafner, we should try playing a game once. I have played with lurkers_lurk and Michael, but not with you.

I actually played a 2v2 with an APM of exactly 150 yesterday. Then I played two 1v1s on iccup. Those game were the usual sub 90 :-(
